The Larue was a very high society, upscale casino (circa 1950-1951) located on the corner next to the Sands Hotelat 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. The Sands then purchased the La Rue, converted it into a parking lot and then expanded the then Sands Hotel to include the property where the La Rue was located.
