Frontier started out as Last Frontier in 1942 and did a lot of Name changing from Where it started Last Frontier to Frontier to New Frontier back to Frontier..... They closed on July 15th 2007 They were supposed to make way for a new Hotel & Casino and shopping. It was to be a copy of the Plaza hotel from New York.
