Trump Plaza opened as Harrahs at Trump Plaza on May 4th 1984 on Mississippi Ave and the Boardwalk in a partnership between Donald Trump and Bill Harrah. They had problems and Donald Trump bought out Harrah's 50% and changed the name to Trump Plaza in 1986. They closed September 16th 2014 for good. The building still stands but falling apart.
